Accessibility statement

Lindövägen Vårdcentral is responsible for this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This statement describes how the website complies with the Swedish Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services (2018:1937), which known issues remain, and how you can report problems so that we can fix them.

We aim for the website to meet WCAG 2.1 at level AA. We are aware that parts of the website are not yet fully accessible. Known issues are listed below.

Technical information about the accessibility of this website

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the issues described below.

Non-accessible content

  • The English version contains Swedish words and names, such as BVC, frikort and the names of clinics, that are not marked up as Swedish. Screen readers may therefore pronounce them with English pronunciation (WCAG 3.1.2).
  • The Company Information page is only available in Swedish, even when you are browsing the English version of the site (WCAG 3.1.2).
  • The Company Information page content comes from our quality declaration. Some of it, such as the staff and ownership lists, is formatted with line breaks instead of as a list (WCAG 1.3.1).
  • The website has not yet been tested by people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers or voice control. There may therefore be issues we are not yet aware of.

Content not within the scope of the legislation

The website links to services we are not responsible for, such as 1177 (registration and booking), Google Maps and social media. Their accessibility is the responsibility of each provider. The map in the footer is only shown if you accept map cookies; the address is always available as text as well.

How we tested this website

We have carried out our own review of the website: a code review against WCAG 2.1, keyboard-only navigation, checks of the heading structure, focus indicators and the reduced-motion setting, and automated tests. No external audit has been carried out.
